The kind of profiles which are ideally suited are:
- Designers/co-ordinators with 1-3 years experience
- Ambitious, interested in fast tracking their career by learning new technologies and/or taking more responsibilities (designers can become art directors, co-ordinators can become Project Managers) and building a reputation
- Well travelled and very comfortable with working with other cultures
- Flexible with no expectation on a clearly defined structure (this is quite important as creative processes tend to be unstructured)
- Passionate about the creative industry
We will review your application carefully and respond back to you within three weeks whether you have been shortlisted for further discussions. There will be a series of rounds of interviews and tests for the shortlisted candidates.
We are now launching the pilot programme and 3 positions are available at this point. In future, we are planning to expand to 12 or more positions.
Yes. It is possible to reapply if you consider that you have gained more skills and experience and hence your current application has gained more merit compared to your previous unsuccessful application.
We are asking this question only because, we have discovered that some people find it very difficult to adjust to significantly different cultures. A well travelled person has already had some exposure and understanding on what to expect and thus find it easier to adjust. It is of course very important that, we would want you to be very happy and well adjusted in our work environment.
We just want to get to know more about the persons who are applying. Even though this programme is primarily targeting young people between the ages of 23-28, be assured that no one will be discriminated because of their gender or age. We are a meritocracy driven organization and, those with merit, regardless of gender and age will be encouraged and supported to achieve their dreams.
You have many choices open to you:
- a. You can apply for employment in the current office where in you finished your programme
- b. You can apply for employment in any of other Telic offices across the world
- c. You can decide to apply for employment elsewhere
Your salary will be appropriate to your role and will be above the average salary offered in the market in the country you have been made an offer in.
We are investing a lot of time and money on this programme. If you decide to leave in the middle, not only you have wasted a lot of time and effort of a lot of people but also have denied someone else this wonderful opportunity. So we expect you to behave very responsibly and apply only after seriously discussing with your family and friends.
It is true that there is a lot of local talent available. However we are a global agency and want to encourage talent in all parts of the world..
We want encourage young talent. Especially in current difficult economic conditions it is very hard for inexperienced talented people to find jobs and prove themselves. By giving deserving talented young people this opportunity; we plan to also discover great future team members. We recognize that young people might not have money to pay for this programme and hence everything is paid for.*

We want to ensure that people appreciate the opportunity and treat the programme with the seriousness it deserves and hence we will pay you back the flight ticket and other travel associated expenses after you successfully complete the programme.
We find that most of the experienced people are well settled with families and other commitments and will not find it attractive to move suddenly to a new country for a long term. Young talented people are more likely to explore new opportunities and tend to be more flexible.
This is not an employment programme but in fact, talent nurturing programme for future employment. Hence a salary is not appropriate.
The stipend is calculated to cover all your 'reasonable' expenses for a comfortable lifestyle whilst you are taking the programme.
Working is Monday- Friday every week (except on public holidays in India or Serbia).
Timings in India - 12.30 -20.30 (with normal one hour lunch break and 2 coffee breaks).

Every month, we will ask you to take an online test which will test the knowledge you have gained in the previous month. This is an additional feedback mechanism apart from the verbal feedbacks you will constantly receive everyday from the programme managers. You will also get feedback from the agencies you will be working with.
You will be working with senior Client Interaction Owners in our offices as well as the art directors, creative directors, project managers of some of the best agencies (such as McCann, Ogilvy, Wunderman) in the EU, U.S and Middle East
